Presenting the Pickle Sisters

I have two of the most awesome friends. Renee and Jody Jacobs are so much fun! They are the Pickle Sisters. Russell and I went to their birthday party where they sang karaoke--Splish Splash. I have been trying to figure out how to take the movie from my cell phone and post it online. With Erica's help, I was finally able to do that. Here they are making their blog page debut.

Happy Easter 2008

I know it's not a traditional thing to do during a snow storm, but while the flakes were flying we snuggled up at home and dyed Easter Eggs. I think Haven ruined her dress, but the Eggs turned out Awesome!









Easter is here, with a vengence. We have had snow all weekend and it is not melting. It's the kind of sticky wet snow that makes great snowmen.

Connor had his well child exam on Friday. He was doing so well. When the nurse came into the room to give him his injections, she was carrying a tray. He was so excited! He told her, I really like cake. He thought he was going to get cake! Poor thing. She had him lie down on the exam table and asked me to hold him, which I did. He screamed bloody murder! When we were all done, we went to Cub Foods and he limped along like he had broken his ankle. But he is so cute. So now, he is all ready for kindergarten.
